ALL QUILTS MUST HAVE AN ATTACHED LABEL.
ALL QUILTS LESS THAN 68″ WIDE MUST HAVE A 4″ SLEEVE FOR HANGING.  ANY QUILT LARGER THAN 68″ WIDE NEEDS NO SLEEVE.
