Saturday is the last day of the quilt show, so tasks include both working the show and taking the show down at 3PM so that everything is removed from the Rec Center by  5PM.

• Admissions - Sell admission tickets to quilt show.  Or stand near front door to greet and give directions, check-in quilts for appraisals, tally proceeds for treasurer, check in volunteers.
• Basket Promenade - Sell tickets for raffle baskets, keep track of the names and telephone numbers of people who buy tickets, monitor baskets and people going into the show for admission arm bands.  All are sit-down jobs!
• Boutique - Sales Clerks fill out sales slip with information from sales tags of items chosen by customer.  Slips are returned to customer to be taken to the cashier.  Cashiers total the amount, add the sales tax, and handle the money transaction.  Baggers remove tags and staple to original sales slip to keep, bag items with sales slip copy, and thank customers.
• Food Service - Prepare food, take lunch orders, and cleanup afterwards.
• Hospitality - Arm Band Checkers - Welcome people to the Quilt Show and check for admission armbands.
• Hospitality - Floor Hostess - Wear white gloves to show quilts.  Walk the floor and answer questions.  Provide disposable gloves if people want to touch the quilts.
  
• Take-down - Quilts, Pipes, Poles, Drapes, Chains - Up the ladders to take down the quilts and hand to quilt runners.  Pipes, drapes, poles and chains are disassembled, grouped, properly packed.  Tape is removed from the floor.
• Take-down - Quilt Runners - Use wagons to move quilts to the designated quilt check-out area.
• Take-down - Quilt Sorters/Check-out to Members - Sort quilts by the quilter's name  and return quilts back to their proper owners.
• Take-down - Transport & Unload - Assist with unloading pipes, drapes, poles, and chains into storage area.
• Take-down - Boutique -  Sort, by seller, all un-sold items, then return to sellers.
• Baskets - Pull winning tickets, announce winners and distribute baskets.

AGAIN, we need many ladders, screwdrivers (both flat and Phillips head), and wagons.  Please label everything with your name!!!
